Article 3: Hosting

The Website is hosted by Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2L8, Canada, which provides the e-commerce platform. The domain name and e-mail services are managed by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

Article 4: Intellectual property

All elements of the Website (graphics, images, texts, videos, animations, sounds, logos, icons and their layout) are the exclusive property of MLPR, with the exception of trademarks, logos or content belonging to partners or third-party authors.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication, even partial, of these elements is prohibited without the express written consent of MLPR. Any unauthorized use constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Article 5: Website content and liability

MLPR endeavors to provide information on the Website that is as accurate as possible and to update it regularly. The information is not exhaustive, the photographs are not contractually binding and all of it may change without notice.

If you notice an error, an omission or a malfunction, please report it to contact@naked-underwear.com, describing the problem (page concerned, device and browser used).

Any content downloaded from the Website is downloaded under the user's sole responsibility. MLPR cannot be held liable for damage to the user's equipment or for any loss of data resulting from a download. The user undertakes to access the Website using recent, virus-free equipment and an up-to-date browser.

MLPR does not control these websites, does not guarantee their availability or their content, and cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from consulting or using them. Placing a link to the Website is subject to MLPR's prior authorization, to be requested at contact@naked-underwear.com; MLPR reserves the right to accept or refuse it without justification.

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies for its operation and, with your consent where the law requires it, for audience measurement, personalization and advertising. A cookie is a text file placed on your device by the server of the website you visit. You can accept, refuse or configure cookies at any time from the Website's consent banner. If you have not obtained satisfaction after sending us a written complaint (by post or e-mail), dated, setting out the facts and your request, and if you have received a negative response or no response within two months, you may refer the matter free of charge to the mediator:

Article 10: Applicable law and disputes

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent court is determined according to the rules of ordinary law; in particular, the consumer may bring the matter before the court of the place where they resided at the time the contract was concluded or at the time the harmful event occurred. The reference language is French.
